WARRANTY: Our aim is customers satisfaction, as a result, we offer to replace any jewelry with a manufacturer defect at no cost within one (1) calendar year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, such as breaks, scratches, loss of stones, creams, lotions, natural wear and tear, medications, opaque stones due to accumulation of waste, wrinkles, and item(s) without logo. In order for a part to be covered by the warranty, it must be referred for analysis to the exclusive licensed distributor/shop, accompanied by the warranty certificate duly completed at the time of sale. If there is any doubt about the warranty criteria, the exclusive licensed distributor/shop has a team trained to clarify and guide. 


RETURN or EXCHANGE: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Online purchase, you may return, exchange, or receive store credit for your item(s) within 21 days of receipt of the shipment. We gladly accept items that are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, without signs of wear or tear and in the original package. There is no charges for return, the original shipping charges is non-refundable and customer is responsible for return shipping.


PRIVACY: This Privacy Policy discloses M.S.E's privacy practices. This notice applies solely to the information collected by this website. We'll notify you of the following: What personally identifiable information is being collected from you through the website, how it is used and with whom it is shared; What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data; The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information; How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.

  1. Information Collection, Use, and Sharing: We are the sole owners of the information collected on this website. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will only use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to process an order. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this policy.
  2. Your Access to and Control over Information: You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website. See what data we have about you, if any - Change/correct any data we have about you; Have us delete any data we have about you; Express any concern you have about our use of your data.
  3. Security: We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Whenever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data) that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the webpage. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.   4. Payment Terms and Conditions: A Retainer Fee Must be paid in advance and is required, along with a signed contract, to book the event date and time. Retainer fees are not refundable should the event be cancelled for any reason. A third (1/3) of the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the event, and final payment is required 7 days or earlier prior to the event, if not then the time and date of reservations are cancelled and may be booked by other parties, without exception and without notice. Reservations made with less than 21 days remaining until the wedding require a 100% non-refundable payment. Should reservations be cancelled with 21 days or less remaining before event date, payment in full is required to avoid legal action. Payments made in full at time of retaining Event Planner services is forfeited in full if reservation is cancelled inside of 21 days of the event date. There is a $45 return check fee on all returned checks.
  5. Pricing Disclaimer: We do everything we can to ensure that the prices on our and other companies websites are correct, and we try to keep our prices constant. Sometimes we need to change the cost of a service, either up or down. Prices may be changed at any time without further notice. We reserve the right to change our services' prices at any time without further notice. However, we guarantee the price agreed upon for one month to give you time to sign and return the proposal. Prices listed in any other websites may not be accepted. We offer our services through a number of different online channels and we cannot always control when they are updated. We reserve the right not to accept a price listed on a site other than our own.
